PST has signed a contract with UAB "Kormotech" for the construction of a production facility in Kėdainiai.
We have signed a €26.5 million (including VAT) contract with the Ukrainian pet food manufacturer UAB "Kormotech" for the construction of a production facility in Kėdainiai. The building will include production, storage, and administrative spaces, with the primary purpose of producing wet pet food. The site will also feature additional structures necessary for the main building's operation. The factory will incorporate efficient and long-term solutions to achieve a sustainable outcome in all respects. The goal is to obtain the highest possible "BREEAM In-Use" certification, which evaluates the sustainability of existing buildings. The total area of the two-story facility will be approximately 16,000 square meters, and the project is expected to be completed within 13 months.
