A complex of apartment buildings was built in Panevėžys in the area of 1.1 hectares. The complex comprises three blocks of 7 to 10-storey apartment buildings, an underground and surface parking lots, planted area and playgrounds for children. The ground floors accommodate companies providing services of administration or commercial kind. The number of new apartments total 208. The total area of all three blocks is as much as 22,400 square meters.
