In Uzupis, surrounded by the Belmontas nature, we built a functional, prestigious and safe residential quarter of Paplauja. The area formerly dwarfed by the industrial sites now revives with new modern buildings and landscaped green space. The project value exceeds 10 mln. Euros. The area of the building with the underground parking totals 26,882 square meters.
