A new, modern, compact Ulonai Business Centre was built in the Northtown in Vilnius. The first floor comprises commercial premises. The floors from the second to the seventh are to be used for offices. For car parking purposes an outdoor parking lot and an underground one-storey garage will be used. The site area is 0.2 ha. The total area of the building without the parking lot is 5043 square meters. The total commercial area of a storey is 597 square meters. The total typical area of an office storey is 741 square meters.
